| This is my 1976 2.25 Series 3 in South Africa. I've done a "Spring over Axle Conversion" on it and this raised the ground clearance by ±160mm (±6.3 inches). I've done the "Kameel 4x4" in 2004 and my Landy raised a few eyebrows in the Hilux camp. See "Suspension Conversion" for more details. |
This is Pierre's new toy in London - a powerful '65 Series 2 V8, with a 32% higher "High Ratio" on a standard Series 2 gearbox. I've also done a "Parabolic Spring Conversion" which is very common in these parts of the world. This Landy goes well. See "Suspension Conversion" for more details. |
